It is necessary to provide us with accurate contact information and a precise delivery address, including house number, street number, area number, and area name, to facilitate the delivery process as quickly as possible. Delivery fees are calculated based on the selected area and will be displayed to the customer during the order process. If the customer chooses a different area than the registered or selected address on the website, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, and Marsa DealStore will not be liable for any loss incurred by the customer. In the case of a customer wishing to cancel the order, they must notify customer service through the contact numbers mentioned on the website or via WhatsApp within a maximum of 12 hours from the time of completing the order.
