Return Policy

The return policy allows customers to return the product within one day of receiving it,\\nexcept in the following cases:\\n- Unsealed products or products that have lost their original labels or serial\\nnumbers, and missing accessories.\\n- If the product is being returned due to a defect or malfunction from the\\nmanufacturer, no additional shipping fees will be charged.\\n- For returns due to other reasons (change of customer"s preference),\\nshipping and handling fees will be charged to the customer.\\n- When preparing for a product return, the product must be in its original\\ncondition with all accessories, instruction manuals, and any additional\\nattachments that were included, along with the order invoice.\\nPlease note : We do not accept returns for products that have scratches or are\\ndamaged due to misuse or using incompatible voltage.\\nMarsa Deal Store reserves the right to approve or reject returns that do not meet the\\nabove criteria.\\nPlease note: We will not accept return of any items which are wrongfully sent to us or\\nitems which were not originally purchased from Marsa Deal Store.
